Ours is a simple plan that builds on one step and moves outward and upward, never abandoning the personal and caring nature of the congregation:

1. It begins with one-on-one conversations about Christian living with folks in the community.
2. Next, we meet for friendly Bible studies in people’s homes.
3. Then, as our numbers grow, we gather the Bible studies together for worship and teaching services.
4. Working together, we will branch out to other communities and repeat the process of planting outgoing, teaching churches.
